Coaching Vacancies

The Rugby Coach role at Hampton Park Secondary College is a paid position, responsible for developing inclusive rugby programs, delivering high-quality coaching, and supporting other coaches. Reporting to Sports Academy Leader Erin Louden, the coach engages in weekly planning to set student learning goals, provide feedback, analyse performance, and prepare teams for events. Key duties involve leading structured sessions, collaborating with Fitness Centre Supervisors, and assisting with A-team sessions and gala days. This role requires strong communication, adaptability, initiative, and a commitment to Health and Safety policies, along with coordinating with the Sports Coordinator and Academy Leader for scheduling and events.
