U85kg Competition

Rugby Victoria, with Rugby Australia, are providing a new contact rugby offering to our community targetting school leavers and tertiary students in an U85kg weight category.

In 2025, Rugby Victoria will launch a Pilot Competition for senior mens players to compete alongside and against other participants in a limited-weight competition. Having seen the popularity and success of a limited-weight senior contact rugby competitions in other nations, Rugby Victoria is leaning on these positive experiences to broaden our opportunity for all Victorians to enjoy our game in a variety of formats.
