Women’s and Girls’ Rugby in Victoria continues to grow in 2026, with an expanded range of competitions designed to support players of all ages, abilities and experience levels.

At a senior level, the premier StoreLocal Lindroth Cup remains the pinnacle of Women’s Rugby in Victoria, showcasing the highest standard of competition. Supporting this pathway is the newly introduced Lindroth Development Competition, providing a strong second-tier option for developing players, emerging clubs and those building towards Lindroth Cup level.

At a junior level, 2026 marks another major step forward with girls-specific competitions at U14, U16 and U18, creating clear, age-appropriate pathways for young players to learn, compete and progress within the game.
