Monash University Rugby Club (The Wolves) is seeking an experienced, passionate and driven Level 2+ accredited coach to lead our senior men’s program from 2026 and beyond. Based at Glen Iris, we are a proud, inclusive and multicultural club competing in Rugby Victoria’s senior competitions. Our vibrant squad combines talented university players, many from international rugby nations, with those new to the game.
The Head Coach will set the vision, culture and standards for our rugby program, leading all aspects of coaching, player development, and staff coordination. The role focuses on building a positive environment alongside delivering competitive results, with responsibilities including program design, training leadership, individual and team development, recruitment, and player welfare.

The position suits an aspiring coach looking to step up in a supportive, development-focused setting, with the option to continue as an Assistant Coach for the senior program later in the season.
