Endeavour got back in the winners circle last week and will be relieved to have found some form. They didn’t have it all their own way against Footscray but will be pleased with how their set piece functioned and gave them front foot ball.
This week will be another line in the sand game when Moorabbin come visiting.The Rams struggled to put away Box Hill last week but again showed their class with holding their nerve and finishing the game off. They will get a different challenge this week against a desperate Endeavour trying to claw their way back up the table.

It's one vs two this week and potentially a grand final preview?!
The winner takes a step closer to the minor premiership, the loser could have some sleepless nights with the chasing pack catching up. Quins will be looking to atone for last week’s loss to Power House. It was certainly a game of two halves so Harlequins will want to play a full 80 minutes this week if they are to keep the Unicorns from snatching top spot.
The Unicorns put in an excellent performance last week in putting a very good Uni side away by nearly 40 points. Melbourne look like they are finding their form at the right end of the season and will be full of confidence to make up for the loss against Quins in their last outing. The team with discipline and patience will win this.
Look for Quins to bounce back from last week and win by 7 points.
Power House vs Footscray (Ref: Andrew Schwilk)
The giant killers return to Albert Park lake after claiming the big scalp of Quins last week.
They will have the belief now that they can go deep into the finals if they can keep progressing and developing their game. They were ruthless in the 2ndhalf against the table topping Harlequins and shut them out of the match.
Footscray will present a different challenge this time around. Power House can’t afford to rest on their laurels as they are not cemented in the top 4 yet and Footscray have had some very good form of late. The Doggies lost in a high scoring match against the Eagles and will be looking to shore up their defence this week to put pressure on the House.
Powerhouse to stay in 4thwith a 12 point victory
Box Hill vs Melbourne Uni (Ref: Amber McLachlan)
Box Hill will be disappointed to have lost last week to Moorabbin and again leaked points at the wrong time of the game and couldn’t maintain score board pressure against Moorabbin.
They know this is a big chance to knock Uni off and get their 3rdwin of the season. Uni will be deflated after last week’s capitulation to Melbourne and will be looking to make amends and stay in touch of the ladder leaders. They will need to dust themselves off and find their form or a top 4 spot could be a distant memory.
Who comes out firing in the first 10 minutes and puts their mark on the game could go a long way to winning this.
