Rugby Victoria would like to congratulate Jo Tevaga as the Rugby Victoria Volunteer of the Month and Jarrod Eberhart as the Rugby Victoria Coach of the Month for June.
Jo Tevaga – Northern Panthers Rugby Union Football Club
Jo was nominated for the contribution she has made to Northern Panthers RUFC.
Jo has been described as the “linchpin of the club”. Often Jo is the first to arrive and last to leave and is always willing to support around the club with anything that is needed.
When told about the nomination and award Jo said, “It’s a lovely surprise”.
Jarrod Eberhart – Moorabbin Rams Rugby Club
Jarrod was nominated for his contribution to the Moorabbin Rugby Club.
Jarrod was described as the “heart of Moorabbin U10’s…consistently supporting others and always showing up with energy and commitment”. Jarrod also works hard off the field to provide a high-quality environment for players and parents by promoting a positive culture. Jarrod is also a player at Power House Rugby Club and manages his time between his own training and game day commitments and his coaching commitments.
As recognition of winning the Volunteer of the Month Award, Jo & Jarrod will receive two tickets to the First Nations & Pasifika XV v British & Irish Lions game on July 22nd at Marvel Stadium.
