This afternoon, State Premier Daniel Andrews announced that the current lockdown in place in metropolitan Melbourne will be extended until at least 11:59pm, Thursday 2 September.
The same rules will apply meaning that all metropolitan rugby activities (club trainings and competition matches) will be postponed until 11:59pm, Thursday 2 September.
